
Alivia Lynch (Annie) she/her is a 6th grade student at High Point Baptist Academy. She loves to sing, dance, and spend
time with her friends. This is her 6th show, but her first show at Steel River Playhouse. She would like to thank Nicolette,
Finley, and everyone else at SRP for making Annie her best show yet!

Maliah Buxton (Grace) she/her is so excited to be a part of this beautiful production! She is so excited for you to see the hard work and dedication that has come from this incredibly talented cast!
Nicolette Adams (Miss Hannigan) she/her past roles include Alice Beineke in Addams Family, Ilona in She Loves Me, Rosemary in How to Succeed…, Cinderella in Into the Woods, and Fiona in Shrek the Musical, among others. After playing the princess for so long, Nicolette is excited to take on the challenge of playing the villain. She is grateful to this wonderful cast and team for their support and for making this transition as seamless as possible. Nicolette sends her love to the children of Annie, who have put a smile on her face every day for the last 3 months, and to her own husband and daughter, who keep it there.


Tyler Macready (Rooster) he/him is a leapin’ lizard to be playing a bucket list role on his favorite stage. Other favorite roles include Trent/The Prom, Seymour/Little Shop of Horrors, and Toby/Sweeney Todd. Offstage, Tyler works to help people with disabilities access life-changing assistive technology. He thanks his fiancé, Megan, for her endless support, their many cats, and all his stage friends who have filled his theater journey with magic over the years.
Hannah Windrim (Lily) she/her is ecstatic to return for her second Main Stage as Lily St. Regis; previously appearing as Annelle in Steel Magnolias (SRP). She would like to extend great thanks to her parents, brothers, Bastian, Floyd & friends for their unwavering love and support; Nicolette, Finn, Kat and the Crew for absolutely everything; and to her fellow Cast for telling this wonderful, heartfelt story. Break a leg & see you all on ‘Easy Street’!


Paul Mansfield (FDR) he/him/his is a veteran of several Annie productions. Several months ago, he appeared as FDR in The Forge Theater’s production of Annie, and as Drake with members of the National Tour of Annie in benefit performances for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He also understudied FDR in the Walnut Street Theatre’s production of Annie Warbucks. Thanks to Nicolette Adams for casting me in this wonderful production. Paul has worked in over 40 films and television shows, including The Sopranos and The Irishman.
Scarlet Hillman (Molly) she/her is very excited to be performing as Molly in her first role with Steel River Playhouse! Past credits include Sound of Music, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Finding Nemo, Lion King and Frozen. Scarlet hopes her “tomorrows” are full of arts and crafts, riding her bike, playing games, and listening to Taylor Swift. Em Wainstein (Pepper) they/them is a 7th grader at the Center for Performing and Fine Arts. They are excited to be making their debut on the Steel River Playhouse stage as Pepper. Em recently appeared as a featured Pop-n-Lock dancer in MCT’s SpongeBob, Nipper in Oliver! at NCT, Narrator 3 and Newspaper Boy in A Wrinkle in Time at CPFA, and as a Child Ensemble member in MCT’s Matilda. Em is beyond grateful for the opportunity to perform alongside this incredibly talented cast! They would like to thank Nicolette and Finley for believing in them, and their family for loving and supporting them, especially in all things theatre. Em hopes you enjoy the show and remember that you’re never fully dressed without a smile.
Ava VonWachenfeldt (Tessie) she/her is thrilled to be making her Steel River mainstage debut! She’s had fun returning to this show after playing “Annie” in Annie Jr. at Wyndcroft last spring. Ava has appeared in Steel River summer camp productions as “Chip” in Beauty & the Beast Jr. and “Kelsi Nielson” in High School Musical Jr. Other credits include Pure Imagination at Kelsey Theatre, and Aesop’s Fables at Princeton Montessori School. Love to Mom, Dad, Jack, and Tex!


Fiona Flanagan (July) she/her is a passionate fan of musicals, especially Annie. She loves horseback riding at Shady Hollow Assisted Riding, cheers with the Marsh Creek Eagles Challengers, and takes ballet. Despite facing autism, ADHD, and cerebral palsy, Fiona is dedicated to demonstrating that anyone can achieve their dreams with determination. In 2023, she held the title of Miss Amazing Pennsylvania Pre-Teen, and her vibrant spirit and enthusiasm inspire others to believe in their own potential.
Gabrielle Eastway (Duffy) she/her is 8 years old and super curious, hardworking, and love being creative. I really enjoy learning new things, reading exciting books, and going on adventures. I’m excited to be in my first theater show! I also love dancing, swimming, playing soccer, and playing dress up. My favorite food is pizza!


June Godfrey (Kate) she/her has been singing from the time I started talking, so at 5 my parents started me in singing lessons with my beloved teacher Julie. I fell in love with music and this summer decided to give theater a try at Steel River’s summer camp. I relished in the rush of performing and have discovered my passion in life. I am thrilled to be invited to perform with this group in Annie!
Alexandra Tilley (Alice/Molly U/S) she/her is excited to be a part of her fourth show at SRP, after having been in Beauty and the Beast, Christmas Carol, and Elf. Her favorite role so far is Squirt in Finding Nemo Jr (1st Street Players). Alex would like to thank her family and friends for all of their support and love! Enjoy the show!


Harper Willis (Madison, Annie U/S) she/her is a 6th grade student at MSE in Boyertown. This is Harper’s first role at Steel River Playhouse. Previous credits include being cast as an Ensemble member in SpongeBob, Finding Nemo Jr, Beauty and the Beast Jr, Anastasia Jr, Seussical Kids, and Lion King Jr. Harper would like to thank the production team for this opportunity. Harper would also like to thank her vocal coach Patrica Keith and Choral Director Kelly Liebensperger as well as her family for all the continued support.
Carl Kremer (Bert Healey/Ensemble) he/him, after a 30-year hiatus and a definitive shove from his wife, Kim, it’s fitting that Carl should be back on stage in the show that inspired his love of musical theater in high school! When he’s not cheering on his 8 kids in their own productions or sporting events, Carl teaches 7th grade ESL in Exton. He would like to thank his family for supporting the revival of his thespian dreams!


David Zarley (Drake/Ensemble) he/him is thrilled to be part of his eighth Steel River Playhouse production and fifth Steel River Christmas show, Annie. David previously appeared at Steel River Playhouse Christmas productions of Elf, It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play, A Christmas Carol, and A Christmas Story.
Justin Sartor (Mr. Bundles/Ensemble) he/him is excited for his first Steel River Playhouse production. Justin loves music and spends his free time singing and writing songs. Between his first musical in High School to community theater later, Justin is celebrating 10 years of musical theater. He likes to thank everyone who was there with him to support him anytime throughout his musical journey.


Charles Delaney (Lt. Ward/Ensemble) he/him is appearing in his 13th Steel River Playhouse performance. Charles hails from West Norriton and is a semi-retired Montgomery County Caseworker. He enjoys singing in his Church Choir, karaoke, hunting, and fishing. Being able to perform for others and the camaraderie of the theater keep him coming back. Previous performances at SRP include Annie, La Cage Aux Folles, Shrek, Sound of Music, Rumors, Fiddler on the Roof, and It’s a Wonderful Life.
Leah Starkey (Mrs. Pugh/Ensemble) she/her is tickled pink to be back on the boards with amazingly talented folks of all ages and backgrounds! It certainly feels like a lifetime ago when she got to play The Dragon in Shrek, Snoopy in You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, Golde in Fiddler on the Roof, and many others. Leah hopes that you get lost in the story and beautiful melodies that we all know and love! Happy holidays to all!


Tia Rossi (Sophie/Boylan Sister/Ensemble) she/her/hers is very excited to be making her Steel River mainstage debut! She has been taking classes and workshops at SRP since she was a little girl and went on to graduate from DeSales University with her Bachelor’s in theatre. Her most recent credits include Mrs. Bumbrake (and other characters) in Peter & The Starcatcher (SRP), Swing/Sound Board Operator for The Wolves (SRP), and Toto Puppeteer/Sound Designer in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (DSU).
Cylee Campbell (Boylan Sister/Ensemble) she/her goes to the Spring-Ford middle school 8th grade center. She does two honor choirs and was recently in Legally Blonde at Steel River. She loves acting and has the role of Boylan Sister and is part of the ensemble.
